Malaysia Outdoor Organizers Assocation (MOOA) or Persatuan Penganjur-penganjur Aktiviti Lasak Malaysia (PPALM) is an organization established as an NGO with aim of bringing together the outdoor organizers across Malaysia under one society. The history of MOOA began in September 2016 when there was an effort to bring together organizers in a group where all of them had different backgrounds, including independent organizers, active outdoor clubs and company-owned organizers. This group, later known as the Gogo Rangers group, use Whatsapp apps to serves as a platform for sharing information regarding on outdoor news, up-to-date information from government agency and linking the friendships among organizers under one group.

After operating for 1 year, on November 7, 2017, the Gogo Rangers Group has been successfully registered under the Registrar of Societies and is known as Malaysia Outdoor Organizers Assocation (MOOA) or Persatuan Penganjur-penganjur Aktiviti Lasak Malaysia (PPALM). The entire line-up of the Sponsorship Committee is comprised of organizers of various hard-working activities who are committed to strengthening the organization and providing new dimensions to bring the organizers of these activities to the professional, ethical and competitive levels of professional and ethical activities as set forth in the motto of the society. As outlined in the constitution of the association, the main goals and objectives of the association are:

1. To unite organizers of nationwide activities for mutual benefit and benefit

2. Promote legal interests or legal action related to serious activity or business related activities.

3. Establish close relationships with government officials, government departments and other legal entities in Malaysia that benefit the association and its members

4. Liaise with members and relevant government departments and stakeholders in discussing issues related to recreational activities and activities.

5. Collect, obtain and disseminate information and other information deemed appropriate in connection with the organization of activities for members of the association

6. Provide and obtain assistance from any specialist assistance and management activities in the field of professional activities for the benefit of members.

It is hoped that the existence of the association will further stimulate and strengthen the adventure industry in Malaysia and providing opportunity for small entrepreneurs, youths and associations a strong chance to strengthen their organization and increase the quality of activities and quality at the domestic and international market.
